She was born in 1955, Bursa,Turkey and graduated from Bogazici University of Istanbul in Business Administration in 1977. Although she continues her carreer in textile field, she is deeply involved in art. She designs and makes art objects of clay sculpture, fusion/cast glass, mosaics and especially silver jewelry. Since she likes to design and produce hand-made mini sculptures of jewelry by lost wax method, nowadays she concentrates on this subject.

She attended art courses and workshops below:
Ceramics Workshop in Fine Arts Club of Bogazici University in 1976.
Mosaic and Portrait Mosaic Workshops in 2002 and in 2010 in Scuola Arte Del Mosaico in Ravenna, Italy.
Fusion, Cast Glass and Enameling Workshops in 2006 and 2007 in Glass Furnace, Istanbul, Turkey.
Jewelry Making Workshop in “”Semra Sanat Evi”" during 2002-2011 in Bursa, Turkey.

She participated a collective jewelry exhibition in 2007.

In 2010, she participated to “Artworks 2010 Plastic Arts Exhibition” in Istanbul Press Museum with her mosaics/sculptures and 1. Izmir Design Festival with her silver jewelry.
She continues her art studies in Bursa.
