MERVE KURT
I am just living creature who does not like adjectives while explaining myself..but i will say what i love about life..I love travelling, picking some memories around ,designing, creating something with my friends, listening and making music, etc.. Industrial design is my job, but if ”job” like a word, includes love + passion, its true word for me. It can be art for me or it can be medical component which makes life better..its all about what i want to give the world or what life want from me. In addition industrial design, i am also studying interior architecture and i trying to improve myself about this.
Project ”ConTrust” is moulded wood chair . We can see the combination of stainless steel with the moulded wood. The idea behind it, using stainless steel in a strait way for expressing its nature and using moulded wood which is much more fluid and which looks warmer than steel. They create contrast with their nature but they have strong relation each other .We can understand this, how the thin strait steel skeleton carry the wood.
