SEMA KARCI
I was born in İzmir in 1960and have been living in İstanbul since 1992. I am an Industrial Engineer. Istarted studying jewellery making in 2004. Initially I started working withsilver and semi-precious stones and later making molds using “lost wax technique”, designing models in the computer. Besides working on custom made jewellery, Ialso prepare special collections on demand, using silver, gold, semi-preciousand precious stones. I work in my own work-shopat home and also use different work-shops in Grand –Bazaar. Along with makingjewellery, I also produce silver-plated objects.
